Please read these terms carefully before using the cc99 platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and cc99.
In Introduction & Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the cc99 platform ("Platform", "Site" or "Service"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or participating in any game or betting activity, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the cc99 platform. cc99 reserves the right to modify these Terms and users will be notified in a timely manner of any significant changes. 1 Account Eligibility Requirements
To register at cc99 and use the service, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must create an account using your real identity; multiple accounts for the same person are prohibited.
- The payment method you use (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) must be registered in your own name.
- You must not have voluntarily placed yourself on a self-exclusion list or have restrictions imposed under a responsible gaming policy.
- Your account must not have been previously closed due to fraud or a breach of trust with cc99.
Identity Verification
cc99 may request a National ID (NID), passport or other valid document for identity verification at any time. cc99 reserves the right to suspend deposits, withdrawals or bonuses until verification is complete.
2 Account Registration & Security
Registration Process
Registration at cc99 is completely free. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Any account created with false information will be immediately closed and all funds in that account may be forfeited.
Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately change your password from the cc99 Login page and notify [email protected].
Multiple Accounts Prohibited
Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
Security Tip: Use a strong password consisting of at least 8 characters, numbers and special symbols. Never share your password with anyone.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
cc99 processes transactions exclusively through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. Details are provided in the table below:

Deposit Conditions
- Only mobile banking accounts registered in your own name may be used.
- Deposits made through a third party or someone else's account are strictly prohibited.
- Depositing money from illegal sources is a punishable offence and cc99 does not tolerate it.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawal requests may only be made through the same method used for the most recent deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- cc99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if identity verification has not been completed.
- Additional documents may be requested in the case of suspicious transactions.
4 Bonus & Wagering Requirements
Welcome Bonus
cc99 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
General Bonus Terms
- Each user is eligible to receive each promotion only once.
- Bonuses may only be used for playing games at cc99 and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Using multiple accounts or abusing a family member's account to take advantage of promotions is prohibited.
- cc99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.
VIP Program
The cc99 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. General bonus terms may also apply to VIP cashback.
5 Prohibited Conduct & Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cc99 platform:
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraud, deception or any other dishonest means.
- Playing games using software, bots, scripts or automated systems.
- Colluding with other users to follow coordinated betting strategies.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
- Spreading malicious code or malware on cc99's systems or networks.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
- Operating an account with a false identity or fake information.
Consequences: Any violation of the above will result in the immediate closure of the account, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and law enforcement authorities being notified if necessary.
6 Responsible Gaming Policy
cc99 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. Gaming is a form of entertainment — not a way to earn money. Do not bet beyond your means.
Self-Control Tools
- You can set deposit limits at any time through cc99 support.
- There is an option to temporarily suspend your account (self-exclusion) for a set period.
- During self-exclusion, no promotional messages will be sent from cc99.

- Reverse engineering or decompiling the game software is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Closure at cc99's Initiative
cc99 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following situations:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or dishonest conduct.
- Death or legal incapacity of the account holder.
- A directive from law enforcement authorities.
- An account that has been inactive for an extended period (as per cc99 policy).
11 Terms Changes & Dispute Resolution
Changes to the Terms
cc99 may modify these Terms at any time. A notice will be displayed on the platform for significant changes. Continued use of the platform after a change will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. It is the user's responsibility to always read the updated Terms.
Dispute Resolution

Language
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative. In case of any conflict with a translation in another language, the Bengali version will take precedence.
